You stay focused on running the business. We handle the AI, the build and the setup. We're UK-based and build everything ourselves. Your project is never handed to an overseas agency.
1. You send a brief
A short, structured form: your business, the problem, the tools you use today, and what success looks like. No technical knowledge needed.
2. We review it
The same or next working day we read your brief, think through how we'd approach it, and come back to book a call.
3. Free exploratory call
30–45 minutes. We dig into how you work, point out quick wins and agree whether an app is worth it. If it isn't, we'll say so.
4. Clear proposal
Detailed functionality, clear scope, a fixed price and a realistic schedule. We agree your start date around existing client commitments. No hourly billing surprises, and no fee before work starts.
5. Build & launch
We build your app from scratch, shaped around the way you work. You review and test it along the way. Timing depends on the agreed functionality, integrations and testing, not a one-size-fits-all promise.
6. Support
We train your team, help everyone get comfortable with the app, tweak how things display, and fix anything that doesn't work as agreed. New features and add-ons are separate pieces of work, quoted before we start. Once you're live, help goes to support@weareappy.co.uk and a real person picks it up. Hosting is a separate monthly fee, £49 for a Focused App or £79 for an Integrated Business App, covering management, monitoring, routine maintenance and email support. Changes are quoted separately.

What does the proposal actually look like?
Before anything starts you get a detailed written proposal: how the functionality will work, what's included, responsibilities, one fixed price and the likely monthly hosting. We confirm a realistic start date and schedule after scoping, taking our existing commitments into account. Nothing payable before work starts and you've approved the quote.
The bakery example is a shortened demo only, with an invented business and illustrative figures. It shows the approach, not the full level of detail your proposal will contain, and it does not promise a delivery date.
