Why the prices look like this
AI writes much of the code, which is what keeps a properly built app affordable for a small business. A short clip on what AI does well, where it goes wrong, and why our people design and check every app.
After launch
Hosting is a small monthly fee
Once your app is live it needs somewhere to run, and someone keeping an eye on it. The fee covers hosting and the database, plus monitoring, routine maintenance and email support. Usage such as AI calls, SMS or payment fees is billed at cost through accounts in your name. Changes and new work are quoted separately, and your quote confirms the figure before you commit.

Support is help using your app, not new features
Your build price covers everything in the agreed scope. Support afterwards is there so the app genuinely gets used. Adding capability is different work, quoted on its own before we start.

A Focused App comes with 30 days of support, an Integrated Business App with 60. After that we're still an email away at support@weareappy.co.uk: whether it's a question or a new piece of work, you get a quick quote first and nothing starts until you say so. There's no automatic monthly support contract.
What does the proposal itself look like?
Before anything starts you get a written proposal: what we'll build, a day-by-day plan, one fixed price and the likely hosting. See an example, prepared for an invented business with illustrative figures.
Prices cover the build itself. Hosting is a monthly fee as above, in your name, covering management, monitoring, routine maintenance and email support; changes and new work are quoted separately. Support covers help using the app, small display tweaks and making sure it works as expected; new features and add-ons are priced separately. All prices plus VAT where applicable. Individuals and sole traders: ask about our smaller starter setups. Every build is done in-house by our UK-based team. Nothing is outsourced.
